PhraseExpress is a free auto text typing utility that allows you to store abbreviations, answers to frequently asked questions, email templates or text snippets in PhraseExpress and reuse them again and again. Using Hotkey functions, PhraseExpress allows automating repetitive tasks on your computer such as logging in to a website.

This branch of natural-language processing (NLP) is called 'information extraction' and is used for sorting facts and opinions for Homeland Security. Right now, a consortium of three universities is for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) which doesn't have enough in-house expertise in NLP.
